Cancellation & Refund Policy
Vietnam Wellness Retreat (19th–24th April 2026)
We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise.
Due to the exclusive nature of this retreat, which has limited availability and advance hotel commitments, the following cancellation and refund policy is in effect:
1. Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit of AUD 800 is required to secure your reservation. Your spot will not be confirmed until the deposit is received.
2. Payment Schedule
Full payment must be completed by 15 February 2026. Bookings made after this date are required to be paid in full at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation by Participant
Before 1st March 2026
- Refund available: 50% of payments made (excluding the deposit).
- The full payment is non-refundable but may be transferred to another Vietnam Corner Travel retreat keeping 100% within 18 months.
From 15th March 2026 Onwards
- No refunds will be issued.
- You may transfer your booking to another participant (a name change fee of AUD 150 applies).
- No-show No refunds will be provided.
- No Partial Attendance Refunds
- Force Majeure
4. Participant Responsibilities.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all entry visa requirements, maintain adequate health and fitness levels for retreat activities, and comply with any medical or travel regulations required for entry into Vietnam.
5. Cancellation by Vietnam Corner Travel
In the event that the retreat is canceled due to low enrolment, natural disasters, health emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control, guests may choose one of the following options:
- A full refund (including the deposit).
- Credit towards a future retreat within 18 months.
- Please note that Vietnam Corner Travel is not liable for additional expenses such as flights, visas, travel insurance, any bank fees or personal expenditures.
6. COVID-19 or Medical Cancellations
If you are unable to attend due to illness, medical restrictions, or COVID-related travel issues, we will provide either:
- A 50% refund, or 100% credit towards another retreat within 18 months (this option is recommended).
- Medical proof will be required.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers:
- Trip cancellation
- Medical emergencies
- Lost luggage
- Flight delays
- Unexpected personal circumstances
- This insurance will safeguard you in the event that you need to cancel.
8. Room & Booking Changes
Room upgrades may be available based on occupancy. Name changes are permitted until 15 March 2026 (a fee of AUD 100 applies). Switching from a shared room to a single room is subject to availability and any applicable price differences.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 21 business days and returned to the original payment method. Please be aware that bank charges or transfer fees will apply.
10. Liability Disclaimer
Vietnam Corner Travel is not responsible for any travel-related issues, delays, or disruptions before, during, or after the retreat, including flights, airport transfers, ground transportation, or personal travel arrangements. While all care is taken to provide a smooth and safe retreat experience, guests participate in all activities—whether at the hotel, spa, outdoor locations, or during transportation—at their own risk. Vietnam Corner Travel accepts no liability for accidents, injuries, property loss, or unforeseen incidents that may occur throughout the duration of the retreat. Guests are strongly encouraged to hold comprehensive travel and medical insurance to cover all contingencies.
